Sunday comedown sounds: sayCeT

Do not read any further until you have read the following instructions:

1. Turn off your computer.
2. Go out.
3. Drink and enormous amount of alcohol and/or indulge in the narcotics of your choice.
4. Come home.
5. Wait for 12 hours or until you feel suitably dreadful.
6. Then, and only then, click here to listen to some of the most beautful music you will ever fall asleep to.

You see, even the French need a little quiet time too and Parisenne collective (brains of the operation Pierre Lefeuvre pictured above - stuffed panda not a member) sayCeT are the perfect flipside to the brilliance of the french dance scene. Every track on sayCeT's MySpace is the polar opposite of, for example, 'Stress' by Justice. They do not make music that will make you sweat.

Referencing any other French bands is pointless since sayCeT share a sound with only the likes of Boards Of Canada, Mum and perhaps Sigur Ros on their less dramatic days.

If you had a heavy night last night and didn't, like us, stay in to watch X-Factor then we recommend cooking a frozen pizza, having a wank and a listen to sayCeT. It'll sort you out in no time.

In case you're too hungover to have noticed the link above, click here to listen to sayCeT.
